A. Payment of charges:

1. Booking will be confirmed only on payment of hire-charges.
2. Hire-charges once paid are not refundable. However, postponement facility is available. 25% of the hire-charges paid for earlier booking will be levied as postponement charges for the future available date.
3. If 2 consecutive sessions are booked, the succeeding session will be given free of charge.
4. Service-tax @ 10.2% will be payable on hire-charges and on any other additional charges as per Central Govt. Rules
5. 5. A refundable security deposit of Rs. 3000/- will also have to be paid alongwith hire-charges.
6. Separate cheques should be issued for payment of hire-charges for different venues as also for refundable security deposit.
7. Cheques should be drawn in favour of LNM IMC BUILDING TRUST.
   

B. Additional charges payable:

• 25% Extra charges will be payable on Sundays and Holidays
• For Video-shooting :Rs. 1500/- + service-tax
• For hosting lunch/dinner at walchand Hirachand Hall : Rs. 1500/- + service-tax
  

C. Discounts available:

1. 10 % to IMC Members
2. 20% to affiliated Industry/Trade Associations of IMC
3. 20% to Non-profitable, Charitable and Educational Institutions
   

D. Display of banners, posters, etc.

1. The client will be allowed to display only one banner at the ground floor, a day prior to the function.
2. Posters and photographs may be displayed inside the venues on display stands. Nothing will be allowed to be pasted/taped on the walls.
3. No publicity shall be permitted in the foyer, lift, staircase or the corridors of the building.
   

E. Catering facilities:
Eatables from outside are not allowed to be served in IMC premises. Kindly contact our authorised catering contractor, M/s. Thacker Caterers, for food, beverages and decoration requirements.

F. Hosting of Cocktails:
Cocktails can be served only at the following venues:

• Walchand Hirachand Hall (4th floor)
• Jamshed Guzder Terrace
• Kilachand Conference Room (2nd floor)

The Client will have to obtain a permit from the Central Excise Department for hosting cocktails.
