This workshop is intended for those desirous of being trained to become mediators and those seeking to understand the mediation process and the role o...f the mediator therein. It will be highly interactive and comprise presentations, discussions, exercises, demonstrations & role-plays. Attendance at this workshop will also afford more fruitful participation in future mediation workshops.
The intent and content of the workshop is to give the participants a hands-on experience in learning the skills of a mediator. It will hence enable the participants to not only get a sense of Mediation as a process but will also afford them the opportunity to systematically understand the role of the Mediator so as to be able to grasp the concepts, learn the techniques, and practice them.
