This Certificate Course, being conducted since about 2007, is designed to impart a fairly detailed knowledge of various legal and practical aspects of... arbitration, including provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, including the 2015, 2019 and 2021 amendments to the Act, in a systematic manner. The Course would also try to cover the current positions as emerging from judgments of Courts.

This exhaustive course on arbitration is conducted over 14 sessions and each of these 14 sessions would be conducted by eminent Speakers.

This year the course is being conducted in Hybrid format – Physical participation for persons resident in Mumbai and Virtual Online for persons not residing in Mumbai.

There are a limited number of seats available and participants will be enrolled and admitted strictly on ‘first-come, first-served’ basis, and only upon registration and payment of full fees. and, subject to all the Terms and Conditions of (Pre and Post) Registration and Participation (Both - Physical and Virtual / Online).
